Dental Veneers

Dental Veneers are a thin layer of tooth-coloured material placed on the outside of your teeth to correct cosmetic issues such as stains, chips and gaps. This cosmetic solution is often suitable for patients who don’t get the results they’re looking for with tooth whitening or Invisalign alone.

Veneers can be made directly in the mouth using composite bonding (white filling material), or indirectly at the lab using porcelain.

Composite Veneers

Composite bonding is a quicker and more affordable alternative to porcelain veneers and is usually completed in one long appointment. Composite veneers are prone to staining from environmental factors and have a more limited lifespan when compared to porcelain.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin durable shells that are custom made by a dental lab and bonded to your teeth to change their shape, colour and size. They are more stain-resistant and can provide you with incredibly beautiful, natural looking, long-lasting results. The procedure is usually completed over two appointments, approximately 2-3 weeks apart.
