All-On-X Full Arch Implants
For people missing most or all of their teeth in an arch, or with teeth that can’t be saved, All-On-X fixes a full set of teeth to four or more implants. It doesn’t come out – you brush and clean it in place.
Same-day teeth are available, so where clinically suitable you leave on the day of surgery with a fixed set of teeth.
What is All-On-X?
A bridge of 10 to 14 teeth is fixed to four or more implants placed in the jaw. The implants are angled to make the most of the bone you have, which can reduce the need for bone grafting.
Same-day teeth are available: where clinically suitable, a fixed provisional bridge is fitted on the day of surgery, so you don’t go home without teeth. Your final bridge is made once the implants have healed.
Who it suits
All-On-X may be an option if you:
- are missing most or all of your teeth in the upper or lower jaw
- have many teeth that are loose, broken or failing
- struggle with a loose or uncomfortable full denture
- have been told you don’t have enough bone for conventional implants
Your treatment, step by step
- Consultation and 3D scan – we assess your bone, bite and medical history.
- Smile design – we plan the shape, size and position of your new teeth with you.
- Surgery day – any remaining teeth are removed and the implants placed under local anaesthetic with oral or IV sedation, or under general anaesthesia.
- Provisional teeth – same-day teeth – a fixed temporary bridge fitted on the day of surgery, where clinically suitable.
- Healing – around three to six months while the implants bond to the bone.
- Final bridge – your definitive bridge is made, tried in and fitted.
Cost
All-On-X starts from $25,000 per arch, including the implants, abutments, provisional bridge and final bridge. Sedation and any bone grafting are quoted separately if needed. You’ll get a written quote after your consultation. Payment plans and early release of super through SuperCare are available for eligible patients.
Caring for your new teeth
- Brush twice a day and clean under the bridge with a water flosser or interdental brushes.
- Come in for reviews and professional cleans as recommended – usually every six to twelve months.
- Wear a night guard if you grind your teeth.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. All-On-X can be done on the upper or lower jaw, or both.
In most cases, yes. If the implants aren't stable enough on the day to hold a fixed bridge, we'll fit a temporary option and fix your teeth in once they're ready. We'll tell you at your consultation whether same-day teeth are likely for you.
As with any surgery, risks include infection, implant failure, damage to nearby structures such as nerves or the sinus, and fracture of the bridge. We'll go through these with you in detail before treatment.
Implant supported dentures, multiple implants with bridges, and conventional dentures are all alternatives. We'll explain which are realistic for you.
Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Results vary between individuals, and a consultation is needed to confirm suitability.
